Meet Mr. Belvadere! This sad little mop was stuck in a high kill shelter with no chance of adoption due to his poor condition. It was hard to tell what was under all those mats. Without knowing much about him Northwest Dog Project agreed to give this boy the chance he needed. Mr. B came up to Oregon last weekend and we have been able to get the chance to know him and see what was under all that neglect. What a BEAUTIFUL sweet boy he is! Mr. B is a quiet, polite gentleman who adores people. He is getting used to his new life of love and adventure and can be a bit shy at first but is gaining confidence everyday in his awesome foster home.
